Pros

Nothing really beats working on UAVs all day. This is an industry that's set to take off and skycatch is a leading company in this space. The office is modern/trendy and ergonomic. Team talent is exceptional as well just as you should expect from a start up. The culture

Cons

The technical aspect of things can be daunting at times but this is a new space so that is expected. The current team is still small and slightly over utilized. Could use a few more days off for the holidays.

Enjoyed all my time at Skycatch. From working with the CEO on down the line to all our key customers and partners, it was a wonderful work environment and great culture.

Cons

Enterprise Drone market place is somewhat dominated by DJI (a $20B+ Chinese based company) who have roughly 80% of the market share in the US.
