good directors, amazing potential, strong authors, and good tales. P.S. : Do not be a fool; they will use this to persuade you to accept a low wage and it will not have the desired influence you expect on your day-to-day work.
Cons
Worst tech leadership I've ever witnessed. They believe they can compete with Pixar, however their CTO's catchphrase is something along the lines of "we don't make software, we make movies." He failed to recognize that fulfilling deadlines and maintaining quality can not just rely on the amount of artists. Top management is on a pedestal above everyone else and is ignorant of the awful development culture. Teamwork? What is teamwork?
