Pros
The culture was driven to be "no a**holes" so it shows in a way people aren't aggressive but rather passive to friendly in most encounters. Depending on your group there is flexibility to working hours or set up.
Cons
Confusing communication internally, for example there's an office-wide email noting "there's rain damage in the office" but no specifications to where, or how it's addressed even if you are directly affected. Comparing overall corporate interactions from other companies I was at, I was more surprised at how this company chose to handle things or execute company events. Sometimes it feels uncoordinated, maybe I just happen to witness the haphazard-ness of it all. You ask around "whats going on?" it's good if you get a response at all, and likely it's an "I don't know".
