leadership is inexperienced and engages in clique-ish management, if you’re not in the “in” group, be prepared to not prosper no matter how hard you work No one knows what they are doing Tired of the 3.5 hour long all hands which is basically an Adam praise contest with all his bros and people getting up there to talk about how great their role is for 30 minutes saved with 5 minutes at the end to tell us how the actual product is doing Selling drones to Israel was announced and it made me uncomfortable Don’t get me started on the benefits that cost hundreds of dollars , no real perks, no 401k match , 1 spouse and 2 dependents can cost you upwards of 1700 per month for the cheap plan As someone who has been here years..I do not recomment
