- Fast paced startup environment, with good opportunities to learn about the drone technologies / products. - Free lunch/ snacks

Cons

I was hired from outside to manage the frontline support team. From the very beginning, I was setup to fail. The manager was a workaholic who expected everyone in the support team to work like dogs. He micro-managed everyone!! The guy did not recognize my good work and achievements and was always expecting more. It was tough to please him and keep up with. his demands.

Free food that is about it.

Management is very very poor. nepotism referrals no experience or bad experience from small companies. I worked in about a dozen places too. This place takes the cake as the worst management. All their manufacturing lines are designed horribly. Some people don't speak English well here can't communicate ideas. They get all pissed off when you ask questions low EQ if you are trying to understand something deeper. High turnover job they slander you. People joking before the shift about how we all are going to get fired before the start of the shift
