Pros
Lots of interesting projects to be done, and plenty of opportunity to have ownership of entire components. Emphasis on mentorship and growth. Many people (including the founders) started out inexperienced and grew into their current role. Adding to the above, everyone across engineering, pm, marketing, etc is incredibly capable and reliable (but also busy). Company is growing rapidly and likely to be successful in the future. The product is interesting and fun, you're able to borrow a drone to fly on weekends. Despite being a startup, leadership has a mature and nuanced attitude. Teams can put in bursts of effort when necessary, but the focus is on sustainability and work/life balance.
Cons
Deadlines can appear and move around quickly, making it difficult to plan work. Could be more diverse but actively improving as well. Lacks the perks of a unicorn or faang company.
