Mission driven, down to earth leadership, crazy tailwinds, explosive growth potential, incredibly smart co-workers

Cons

Trying to do too much with too few people. Rampant burnout. Cohesive employee culture has suffered badly since company more than 2x'd size since going remote.

Free food that is about it.

Management is very very poor. nepotism referrals no experience or bad experience from small companies. I worked in about a dozen places too. This place takes the cake as the worst management. All their manufacturing lines are designed horribly. Some people don't speak English well here can't communicate ideas. They get all pissed off when you ask questions low EQ if you are trying to understand something deeper. High turnover job they slander you. People joking before the shift about how we all are going to get fired before the start of the shift
