Pros

One of the best drone company, great line of products and a decent vision to move the company forward. Software and hardware teams have really smart people, good learning opportunities.

Cons

Terrible work life balance - most of the top line metrics are still being put into google sheets. It is expected that you keep taking additional work on regardless of capacity. No real thought was ever given to operations while scaling the company and things are starting to break fast. Lot of managers who have no real EQ are tasked to lead teams, leading to a toxic environment.

Management is very very poor. nepotism referrals no experience or bad experience from small companies. I worked in about a dozen places too. This place takes the cake as the worst management. All their manufacturing lines are designed horribly. Some people don't speak English well here can't communicate ideas. They get all pissed off when you ask questions low EQ if you are trying to understand something deeper. High turnover job they slander you. People joking before the shift about how we all are going to get fired before the start of the shift
