Pros
I worked for SkyePoint Decisions for nearly 5 years. I enjoyed working there, they do care about their employees. Summer employee outing/picnic was always fun with families included. Customer was nice and SkyePoint does show appreciation for the hard work employees perform.
Cons
Healthcare benefits was good, but they started pushing back about some of my wifes's health conditions- but that really isn't SkyePoint's fault. At the end of the contract year sometimes we had to take time off or work extra hours, so they could manage that better. Project/Program managers seem to be a tough position for them to fill long term, but management does try to keep in touch with onsite employees.
