Toxic environment: Communication is poor, negativity spreads easily, and leadership does nothing to address it. Unfair pay: Salaries are way below market, and efforts to negotiate or review compensation are ignored. Workload imbalance: One person is expected to do the work of two, with no overtime pay, while people in other teams do significantly less yet still receive overtime. Zero growth opportunities: No clear career paths, no development programs, and no promotions. Zero leadership: Managers provide no direction, no support, and no accountability. HR is just a figurehead: Issues disappear into a black hole.
