-Get to work around planes -Built contact with pilots and people in aviation -Works around school and flight schedules

Get paid less then McDonald's workers to handle multi million dollar aircraft at 4 am.

-Lucked out with a decent group of guys at my location -Work load CAN be pretty manageable -Flexible schedule at my location

Cons

-Management above the FBO level couldn't care any less about you -Requests and recommendations to upper management are completely ignored, and they expect a small FBO to be run the exact same way as an FBO that sees a few hundred flights a day -Even though they want to run all FBOs the same way, pay is very different from location to location
