Gnerally people are nice with some pricks every now and then...Pretty much a fun place if you let go of your uptightness and be carefree..pilots are pleasant and friendly

Cons

hours as can be expeced with any airlines job....as a junion hire you wont have much flexibility in choosing flights but its still okay...in flight staff meals were stopped due to cost-cuting initiatives..some stuck up and snobbish people around

The connections with customers make it worth while.

Cons

Quarterly bonuses are delayed by months. No Christmas Party. No performance reviews. Standard 3% raise each year. High turnover on employees. Open every holiday. Including Christmas.
