Under new Executive leadership, we made significant improvements across the Company in the last two years which has tremendously changed our culture and increased overall workplace satisfaction. Our recent engagement survey in 2021 reflected Skyward’s leadership as an area of strength with an 86% overall employee satisfaction rate.
