All data is Manual from extraction to compilation, Company does not invest for better system. Machines is from 80s and does not invest in new technology. Everything must follow by the book, since no flexibity of rules towards innovation and ideas. suggestion will takes months to be approved instead of straight forward execution. This will eat up your time and be wasted. Old timers will make you feel like you dont belong to the group as family thats why you may feel as outcast. company does not train supervisors to be as leaders thats why their is very high turnover rate. supervisors think highly to their selves since they have longer stay than you.No training will be given to you except during your orientation about company policy. If you will not ask you will not know.
