Pros
Good management for the night shift, I never experienced any micro-managing. The managers seemed generally supportive and interested in your life outside of work. Pay was really good for a co-op, and they offered many opportunities to be qualified for different machines. Never felt stressed out, everything was a good pace, with some downtime here and there. Amazing pay on holidays!
Cons
I'd say some of the attitudes in the fabrication lab weren't the best, but you could definitely find coworkers you got along with or stick to yourself. It didn't apply to me but Full-time pay seemed difficult to increase, however the benefits were great.
