      Slack is an amazing place to work that pays well, has a relevant and great product, and is full of very genuine caring people

      Cons

      There's a lot of virtue signaling inside Slack, and getting promoted is really hard. There are some places in Slack that are somewhat toxic

      Coworkers are smart, kind, and supportive. Good product. Interesting problems to solve.

      Cons

      Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
