      Slack is the best company I've ever worked for. The people are genuine, caring and smart and the company has amazing values.

      Cons

      Since the Salesforce acquisition there is a noticeable shift in culture as Salesforce does not value as many of the same things as Slack.

      Pros

      Coworkers are smart, kind, and supportive. Good product. Interesting problems to solve.

      Cons

      Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
