Pros
The people and leadership do a great job on inspiring people and are an excellent source of motivation.
Cons
Unfortunately, the motivation mentioned above dissipates when you get back to client work and the client managers are only interested in either (a) having you help them accomplish their own goals, (b) finding ways to sell more work to their own credit, and (c) not interested in helping employees move to other projects since they value the client relationship over employee goals. Note: this is not the case for all projects - there are some really great people at the company, however some are just too focused on selling the next big thing rather than people development.
