5yThis is John Tobin. I think we continue to work on this especially in providing genuine and real feedback for our consultants. Our career framework work we are doing should also help in setting better expectations across all levels in consulting. It looks like you are in the Global Services area (vs. consulting) and next year, the career framework will be leveraged for our more internal roles, so this can be further emphasized. In the short-term, I would encourage you to talk directly to your people manager about what you are seeing or talk directly to the CFO, who I am sure would be open to the feedback.
