- The people are great, I've made a lot of lasting friendships here - There are opportunities to grow your skills and learn new things - Decent pay and benefits - Before the struggles of the last 2 years, you could get promoted and grow your career
Cons
- The company is very unorganized, practices are often left to figure things out for themselves, which leads to mixed results. - There is a divide between "sales" focused people and "delivery" focused people. Practice leadership is generally sales-focused, which leaves the delivery-minded folks isolated and lacking leaders who care about the things they care about. - C-level leadership seems out of touch. There are frequent town halls that leave me with more questions than answers. I often lose confidence in the company after town halls. - Layoffs are common and there is a constant feeling of uncertainty
