Cons
During challenging times the focus is on Me @ Slalom which is the internal framework instead of We @ Slalom. People focus on taking care of self or people they hired or have loyalty too. Each market focus on itself with little collaboration with other markets. Age can seem to becoming a factor. There is little to no consideration for impact made to organization over a long period of time. 1 year or 15 seems to make little difference. It's more what have u done for me lately. Little time is taken by GMs to leverage people experience and find ways to connect dots out of market. There are inner circles difficult to widen or participate in causing staffing to be more based on relationships vs best fit based on abilities, skills and experience.
