This also means newer reps can find top tier enterprise accounts. -Comissions on renewals after year 1. This is a huge benefit as it increases your commission base and really grows your earning potential here. -Once you have proven you can sell, tons of flexibility and autonomy. Top reps have full control over their own prospecting and sales process, with full support from management -Reps actually have the ear of company leadership, and they will take our thoughts/suggestions from conversations we have with prospects very seriously. Tons of support in this way, from both senior leadership and operations -Working with our VP of Sales is one of the highlights of the job, as he truly cares about both how we are performing and how we are doing as people. He always makes time for individual reps, and is always working on training/trying to make the process and our jobs easier and more productive. -Work/life balance is valued for reps, as we are encouraged to not work more than 40 hours, and taking extra time off is never a problem if you are selling. Ultimately this is the kind of job where you are in control of your own destiny. If you work for it, it has huge upside.
