Pros
- Agile and nimble in terms of strategy. Lots of freedom - Direct access to management and company leadership - If you display prowess and results you can get your hands on enterprise accounts and work bigger deals even as someone who may be younger or only have a few years of sales experience under their belt - Work hard for the company and they work hard for you. I feel valued and appreciated - Great sales training - Product that is moving up-market and ever evolving. Constant push for new angles, new ways to add value, new ways to bring in revenue -40 hour week- no pressure to work after hours or burn out
Cons
- less structured but that can be a pro depending on who you ask. Basically requires hard work and self discipline - parking is expensive if you’re in office and the stipend isn’t on par with what garages downtown charge. But most of the company is remote now anyways
