-Company has very little control of the projects they work or the pace of development due to being lower on the pecking order at ATVI/Microsoft. -Tech is quite outdated in many respects. Very difficult to iterate quickly, especially on larger projects. -Lengthy chain of hierarchy makes it impossible to push for anything ambitious or new. This is just standard for a company of this size and structure and you should already know what to expect before going in.
