- Great opportunity to network and grow your career. - Comfortable Work/Life Balance - Management is Understanding and Adaptive - It is easy to be motivated push yourself with solid bonus structure

Cons

- Work environment is unruly, its common to hear people screaming profanities/having strange outbursts, this contradicts the perceived professionalism and gives me a killer headache most days. - No Work from Home opportunities. - The business is growing at quick pace, there are a lot of moving parts that just don't seem all that well organized when implemented.

Pros

Good training program for orientation.

Cons

Support was non existent after the initial training. No answered calls, texts, or emails. Kind of hard to sell when you have no support.
