Pros
Everything you would expect from a startup company - things move fast and processes are continually being redeveloped. If you see this as a con, then a startup company isn’t for you. If this sounds exciting to you, you’ll love it here! Management and executives are extremely open to new ideas - if an entry level employee has a great idea, there’s a good chance it’ll get implemented and they’ll get credit for it in an all company meeting. The company has growth incredibly in just 3 years - there are processes in place that I’ve seen still in development in mature companies. Great atmosphere, unlimited PTO (within reason), strong growth potential for the company which means strong upward mobility for employees.
Cons
For me, none. But if you are looking for a company who has all processes set in stone where you can come in and just mindlessly do what’s put in front of you, this is NOT the place for you! Processes are absolutely a work in progress, but management is very collaborative with their teams in the development process to ensure they make sense and aren’t “broken” or outdated. Again - this means lots of input from entry level techs, so if you just want a fully mature process put in front of you, this will be frustrating to you.
