Good tech stack, you will get to learn a lot but don't stay here more than 2-3 yrs. You have some good leaders who are valued less in the engineering team.
Cons
C-Staffs constantly leaving, no certainty at all. Company has no future at all, got company bonus less than 100% due to company’s bad performance. Minimum 2 round of layoffs every year. Toxic culture at senior leadership, a lot of politics. People sitting at leadership roles with 0 technical knowledge, getting things done by their subordinates (keeping them in control by giving them good hikes and promotions). No work life balance at all.
