      Great people, great product, good management, recognized verbally for achievements

      Cons

      Promotions will be small increments in salary and a title, very limited in added responsibility. Starting Salary is embarrassingly low

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
