      - Management have no morals, forced me to take annual leave instead of compassionate leave. - Miss-sold the job completely. - Expect you to work your fingers to the bone, even when there is no work to do. - No progression - Rubbish systems to work on

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
