      Pros

      Communication is clear and cascades in daily and weekly stand-up meetings. People are friendly and introduce themselves. There are plenty of social spaces and the coffee (and beer) is great!

      It is a fast paced environment and people work hard.

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
