Pros

Location, gym in building, close to train.

Cons

Working lots of nights and weekends, 80+ hour weeks are normal. No time off. working 30 days in a row without a day off is expected. The PTO policy is "take what you need", but its never approved so you don't get any. If you reach out to HR you are ignored.

First of all, we hear you. Our teams have been pulling some long hours for the past several weeks. This is not a work standard we want to have going forward. While off-hour heroics and huge efforts are much appreciated, they are not sustainable. Like other fast-growing companies, we face a challenge – to staff appropriately to match the work we need to accomplish – and we need to get it right. We believe in the take-what-you-need PTO policy, but we also recognize that we have to have the organizational depth so that our employees can benefit from it. We’re taking steps that will help get us there. Department leaders are currently reviewing their staffing needs, with the objective of hiring more qualified people where we need them. Thank you for taking the time to express your opinions. Suzanne Rudnitzki – Chief People Officer

Pros

Decent product, and global market penetration.

Cons

Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
