The dynamic nature of our culture is really important to us, and we work with each other is just as important, and is embedded in our cultural values. The diversity of our employee base is an important topic as we continue to grow and add more people. We certainly recognize this is not an easy needle to move, and have formed an Inclusion Committee this year that will help shape and execute our diversity and inclusion initiatives. We are committed to becoming a more diverse organization, but we believe the first place to start is to create an inclusive environment, which is where we are focused right now.
