6yThanks for the feedback and advice. We agree, we need to mature our products and services, hire the best talent possible, provide learning and development opportunities to our existing employees, and make sure we focus on our priorities. The Defining Objectives we map our MBO goals to is one way we're trying to make sure we are aligned as a collective organization on accomplishing our goals. The weekly review of our KPI's at the executive level is another tool we use to monitor our products and services, to make sure we're focused on solving our customers issues. We appreciate the advice and are committed to supporting our hard working employees. I agree that we need to review our requirements of certain teams and their hours. We want to have a long term focus with consistent work requirements that are reasonable. This is currently a large area of focus for the executive team.
