      Hidden unemployment if that's your thing No pressure since the company is earning money

      Cons

      Terrible monolith and legacy code A lot of hidden unemployment Old work methodologies Too laid back management Windows on-prem - useless to learn this In general, you won't learn much there, only how not to do things

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
