      Pros

      Smarsh has a great marketing team. Staff works hard and are extremely collaborative. Relationships are strong and everyone supports each other.

      Cons

      Upper management is not transparent, including C-level. They tend to hang on to non- performing VPs and directors. Burnout is constant.

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
