In Q1 2022 they spent hundreds of millions in acquisitions and had 200 open positions with management pushing hard to hire people as quickly as possible. By Q3 2022 they'd instituted a hiring freeze, discontinued product lines, and laid off ~10% of the company. That kind of extreme change in 6 months speaks for itself as a gross failure of basic planning and management.
