      Working remotely. Pay is ok. Lots of technologies.

      Cons

      Feels like working solo. Hard to learn from others. People come and go no consistent learning path and hard to advance. Management doesn't really care about customer.

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
