Pros
- Pay is excellent (UK) - Some great benefits (comprehensive private medical, home wifi bill covered, £75pm toward gym/other wellness expenses, wfh as much as you want with offices to go to if you wish) - The tech stack is improving enormously Kubernetes, Kotlin, Angular, AWS with exposure to Machine Learning - Nice bonus structure breaks bonus down and pays more regularly - Amazing highly intelligent colleagues with the people skills to go along with their technical abilities
Cons
Honestly for me there aren’t a lot - I would like to see a push to hire more female engineers I think there have been some recent poor reviews from disgruntled ex employees who have been impacted by layoffs but frankly that is an industry wide issue I think the people who run the company have had to make some tough decisions just as has been the case across the industry but by looking in to plans for the future I think the company is being steered firmly in the right direction and is set for major success in the future
