Pros

A lot of good people here. Products are interesting. Business challenges are interesting as well.

Cons

The company's culture is rapidly declining. Leadership only seems to care about company profits, not about employee well-being. Company is being gutted to prepare it for sale in a few years. Huge waves of layoffs, some with no warning. People who get cut aren't being replaced, so there's too much work and too few people. Cost of living here is soaring, but our bonuses are getting cut, and even small raises are hard to earn. They're trying to avoid promotions, too. In general, they don't seem to want to pay people what they deserve. And now there's a mandatory return to office to help us build culture. But culture isn't about being in the office together. It's about how you treat people. And being forced into the office with leaders who don't care about you and don't treat you fairly doesn't "build culture". It just makes you even less happy with your job. Maybe this is a good company to have stock. But it's definitely not a good place to work.

Pros

Decent product, and global market penetration.

Cons

Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
