Pros
Smart, nice people to work with. Highly collaborative environment. Excellent work-life balance as long as you give results.
Cons
Smarsh leaders used to promote a People First culture. Growth opportunities became scarce and a layoff is expected at all times even if you are a high performer, especially in the US (I guess it's cost-related).
