      Pros

      Great place for people who want to work hard and want an organization that is constantly evolving organically and inorganically.

      Cons

      Not a good place to settle in to comfortable role and never change. The organization will change, your teams will change, your role will change, and you will be pushed to evolve along with that.

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
