After having more than 12 years of experience in my field I have seen many companies. So far Smart Deck has stood better than most of the companies with their focus on work life balance, their benefits program and additional perks align perfectly with me and my family.

The initial paperwork takes more time than expected hence improvisation need to he made on their onboarding processes with better software. I have suggested some hope they would implement soon.
