Pros

No Pros about this company, From A-Z everything is worst.

Cons

- A organisation where Labour laws exploitation are being done at highest level - Delayed appraisal every year - Micro management - Even if you are paralyzed you would be asked to join office - Lower level employees rugs , higher management relishes the fruit - Late night calls on regular basis without any intimation, you can be pulled into any call even if you are in your personal space or driving pr you are in toilet. - Hr team is good at marketing by stating "Life at sew" on LinkedIn , but in reality life is worse. - Directors and managers are nothing less than micromanagers - Ceo, cpo commits unrealistic deadline to client with thousands of uat bugs, whole team has to pay for it. - If you are being put into PIP and laid off, no severance pay - No life insurance provided by employee - No arrears for delayed appraisal, only few bootlickers will get. - Hr will tell you about hybrid culture before joining, post that 5 days work culture with 0 scope of work from home - Mangers and directors can do WFH , but they deny it to their in case of emergency too. - Less leaves , and you would be expected to work on your leave days and on weekends without any comp off.

Pros

The starting and base compensation is exceptionally competitive and easily the biggest draw to the company.

Cons

Immense Turnover Rate: There is a massive and noticeable revolving door here. Employee turnover is incredibly high across teams, which severely impacts day-to-day operations and team continuity. Outdated Technology & Vision: The company relies heavily on old technology and lacks a modern, forward-thinking vision. Innovation is minimal, making it difficult to progress or feel like you are building future-proof skills. Unhappy Clients: Due to operational gaps and outdated systems, client satisfaction is low. You will likely spend a lot of time managing frustrated customers and dealing with the fallout of unmet expectations. Unethical Executive Management: Leadership actions and decisions often cross into unethical territory. There is a distinct lack of transparency, integrity, and trust from the executive level down, which heavily damages company morale.
