Pros

I've met a few good people during my time here. Other than that, there's nothing positive to say about this ridiculous company.

Cons

Please read all reviews and make your decision carefully before taking a job here. I ignored all the signs and this is the worst job I've ever held. Senior management is just a group of inexperienced "yes" men who will dance to the beat of Deepak. It's almost as if they are told to act and behave arrogantly and talk down to their team members and treat them like slaves. Management here is on a power trip and loves to relish in their exclusivity of being in Deepak's clique, its disgusting. Managers are all talk and no action. They will promise you promotions but won't follow through. They will make you do the work and take full credit for it. I've never been so unhappy on a day to day basis with a company. They will force you to socialize by making everyone stay in the office for hangouts... overall it is just an inorganic and toxic environment to be in. They are so unethical and I've no idea how they are even maintaining relationships with the clients. They constantly over promise and under deliver with their products. Please think 10x before making a decision to join this company. If you like being told what to do every 5 minutes and if you are okay with never having your voice heard with new ideas, you'll fit right in.

Pros

The starting and base compensation is exceptionally competitive and easily the biggest draw to the company.

Cons

Immense Turnover Rate: There is a massive and noticeable revolving door here. Employee turnover is incredibly high across teams, which severely impacts day-to-day operations and team continuity. Outdated Technology & Vision: The company relies heavily on old technology and lacks a modern, forward-thinking vision. Innovation is minimal, making it difficult to progress or feel like you are building future-proof skills. Unhappy Clients: Due to operational gaps and outdated systems, client satisfaction is low. You will likely spend a lot of time managing frustrated customers and dealing with the fallout of unmet expectations. Unethical Executive Management: Leadership actions and decisions often cross into unethical territory. There is a distinct lack of transparency, integrity, and trust from the executive level down, which heavily damages company morale.
