Pros

i joined this company as a fresher and this company gave me tremendous opportunities to grow and learn not only in my domain but otherwise as well. SEW has always empowered me to give my best with ample opportunities. They have really easygoing and positive environment which not only motivates its employees to give their best while achieving the personal goals. Very few companies think about their employees and their welfare and this is one of the those. HR and management leaves no stone unturn to make employees happy and motivated. Company has best in class policies that a growing company can have. This company is a kind of leader in space you can be sure that you will have a lot of interesting tasks to learn, grow and sustain.

Cons

Extended working hours at times but the matter of fact is company ensures to recognize the efforts of its employees and their hard work if employees put in extra pounds for successful implementations.

Pros

The starting and base compensation is exceptionally competitive and easily the biggest draw to the company.

Cons

Immense Turnover Rate: There is a massive and noticeable revolving door here. Employee turnover is incredibly high across teams, which severely impacts day-to-day operations and team continuity. Outdated Technology & Vision: The company relies heavily on old technology and lacks a modern, forward-thinking vision. Innovation is minimal, making it difficult to progress or feel like you are building future-proof skills. Unhappy Clients: Due to operational gaps and outdated systems, client satisfaction is low. You will likely spend a lot of time managing frustrated customers and dealing with the fallout of unmet expectations. Unethical Executive Management: Leadership actions and decisions often cross into unethical territory. There is a distinct lack of transparency, integrity, and trust from the executive level down, which heavily damages company morale.
