Pros

The office is OK, not super modern and beautiful or anything like that, but it is also not that bad. Not much more Pros I can think of. Maybe couple of talented people who usually leave after 1 month or so after they join.

Cons

Number one issue in this company is the CEO. He is not a manager and has no experience in the field whatsoever. He literally calls employees dumb in the middle of the meeting. If someone is serious and looking for some good money, they can easily sue the company and try to see if they can take a big cut out of them. The other issue is the toxic culture which directly comes from the CEO. He puts some of the favorite people to spy on others! You can read the reviews to see what I mean. Do not trust the positive reviews as the CEO forces HR to write those. The other cons is racism which is extremely obvious and bothering. You can see people with less than 2-years experience in their whole life, to become VP in this company. All this means that there is no structure, no business intelligence and no commitment to have high skilled people on top. Again, before accepting any offer from this company, if you love and respect yourself, do yourself a favor and just read these reviews for 10-minutes before you regret. Last cons is that they push you to work 12-hrs a day with no recognition and appreciation. No overtime pay and worst part, you have to be awake at night to talk to offshore team who do not speak even basic English.

Pros

The starting and base compensation is exceptionally competitive and easily the biggest draw to the company.

Cons

Immense Turnover Rate: There is a massive and noticeable revolving door here. Employee turnover is incredibly high across teams, which severely impacts day-to-day operations and team continuity. Outdated Technology & Vision: The company relies heavily on old technology and lacks a modern, forward-thinking vision. Innovation is minimal, making it difficult to progress or feel like you are building future-proof skills. Unhappy Clients: Due to operational gaps and outdated systems, client satisfaction is low. You will likely spend a lot of time managing frustrated customers and dealing with the fallout of unmet expectations. Unethical Executive Management: Leadership actions and decisions often cross into unethical territory. There is a distinct lack of transparency, integrity, and trust from the executive level down, which heavily damages company morale.
