Pros
There are good, hard-working people on the team. Work life balance is good.
Cons
Senior leadership does not give its employees the resources they need to be successful. Every business decision must pass through the same few people creating impassable bottle necks. Stifling micro management style. Enormous amounts of wasteful internal meetings. More unhappy clients that satisfied ones because no one can get anything done. There is a revolving door of leadership because no one can get along with the CEO and other c-level execs. Complete lack of company culture. Career progression is non-existent. I didn't see one person on my team or adjacent teams be promoted the entire time I was with the company. Pay raises were not given to anyone I knew of as well. The only people promoted were senior leadership that were already in the c-suite in group. The pay is well below industry standard. Commission is impossible to keep track of and they are very unlikely to pay on time. Benefits are below average as well. Everything said in the comments below is true about cutting pay by 20%, this included employees they had hired only a few months prior to the cut. Incredibly deceitful behavior by leadership. Management asked employees to leave positive reviews here because the low score was negatively affected recruiting, so many of the positive reviews are from that initiative. There are many reasons why turnover is so significantly higher than industry standard. I would not recommend working at this company.
