Feedback around Rules of Engagement and sales culture is something we take extremely seriously. Behavior that undermines collaboration or fairness—such as the kind of deal ownership issues you referenced—is not aligned with how our sales organization is designed to operate. Our leadership team regularly reviews and calibrates our Rules of Engagement to ensure opportunities are handled consistently and transparently across the team.
In fact, just last week we rolled out several meaningful updates aimed at improving lead distribution, strengthening pipeline support, and reinforcing clarity around opportunity ownership. These types of changes come directly from ongoing feedback from the sales team, and we move quickly when adjustments are needed.
