Pros

- Decent compensation for non-sales team - Open communication with upper management on general discussion - Friendly and casual culture - Excellent customer support

Cons

- Executive team not open to ideas not their own - Not a collaborative environment, but rather a top down directive of what is to be done and how it will be done on strategy and tactics - High turnover in sales group - Stagnant and contracting growth and employment - Many unsatisfied users who stop using the product when they find it isn't fully doing what they need.

Pros

You get out what you put in! Personable management. Great place to work and learn! They took the time to make sure I was fully trained and comfortable before turning me loose. They were always open to questions.

Cons

Listen to employees when they are mentioning negativity in other employees. We know when people are not a great fit.

Salary is great, opportunity for commission is very nice.

Cons

You will be micro managed, they expect you to be a master of the role within 4 days. VP of Sales is extremely judgemental.
