HR Management is disastrous. They don't give clear answers to the questions asked. The employee policies keep changing according to the will and mood of the HR. Salary is very low . They will try all means to extract money from you if you leave the company. They don't care about their employees who work at client locations. Hike letters are a scam here. Please read the terms and conditions very carefully. My advice to freshers would be to not spoil your career and hard earned money for such companies . Please wait for better opportunities.
